Steven joined the United States Coast Guard at age 17, developing core leadership qualities through Active Duty and Reserve service.
While serving Steven utilized the GI Bill to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering while continuing to build professional experience
Joined a leading national telecommunications organization where he gained valuable experience in infrastructure deployment, operations, project execution, technology implementation, and customer relationships.
After an Honorable Discharge, Steven founded a construction and infrastructure services company, drawing upon his nearly 13 years of military service, engineering education, and industry experience.
Provided strategic leadership, operational oversight, business development, financial stewardship, workforce development, and long-term vision.
Guided the organization through growth, workforce development, operational expansion, strategic planning, and leadership initiatives which created lasting value.
Successfully led the company through a strategic sale and ownership transition after more than twenty years as Founder and President.
